Low dead volume system designed specifically for protein chromatography applications Connects directly to your WatersTM 650 Advanced Protein Purification System You can now optimize your protein separations by continuously monitoring buffer pH Features *INTEGRATED SYSTEM. The Micro Flow Through pH Monitor comes complete with a unique flow-through cell assembly, pH electrode, tubing and fittings for fluid connections and a cable to connect the electrode to your existing pH meter. An optional pH meter provides a digital display of pH and facilitates transmission of the pH output to a recorder or automated data collection system. *LOW DEAD VOLUME. Flow through pH electrode has an internal volume of less than 50 microliters for low flow rate cell and less than 150 microliters for high volume flow cell. *REAL TIME DIGITAL pH READINGS. pH meter gives digital display of pH of effluent as it enters flow cell. *CONTINUOUS pH RECORDING. The micro flow through pH electrode can be hooked up through pH meter to a strip chart recorder for continuous pH monitoring and recording. *EASY INTERFACE WITH WATERS 650 APPS SYSTEM. Fluid connections are straightforward, using fittings provided in the 650 APPS start-up kit. *FLOW CELL OPTIONS ACCOMMODATE 650 APPS SYSTEM FLOW RATE OPTIONS. The standard flow cell is suitable for use with 650 APPS systems configured to operate at flow rates up to 45 ml/min. For systems equipped for 80 ml/min maximum flow rates, an optional larger volume flow cell is available.
