The probe can be used for incoming Q.C. microbial determination of raw ingredients such as slab cheeses and meat products. It can also be used for Q.A. laboratory pH profiling in processed foods such as salami, boneless chicken paste, hams, etc. The determination is rapid and can be done directly by spearing the sample with little or no sample prep.
